Sergeant Gareth Winnard has taken over command of the Hammersmith Broadway Safer Neighbourhood Team. Replacing the highly-regarded Sgt. Paul Goulden.I met with Sgt. Winnard yesterday to discuss policing, crime and anti-social behaviour in the neighbourhood. He told me “I hope to build the respect of the public, local businesses and our partners by tackling crime and helping to improve the quality of life in this area”.
